4.3 Our vulnerability testing services are limited to authorized systems owned or controlled by the client. Unauthorized testing of third-party systems is strictly prohibited.

Unlawful activity conducted by the client or its personnel;

Errors or issues caused by client-provided data or infrastructure.

10. Termination

10.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or applicable laws.
10.2 Termination does not affect any obligations incurred prior to the termination date, including payments for completed work.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
