As a service-based business, BPDoxS does not ship physical products. All deliverables, including:are delivered digitally via email or secure online channels agreed with the client.
2. Delivery Method
2.1 All reports, files, and documentation are sent to the email address provided by the client or through a secure file transfer method as agreed upon.2.2 We ensure that deliverables are delivered in the correct format and within agreed timelines.
3. Delivery Timeline
The expected delivery timeline for each service or report will be specified in the Service Agreement or project proposal. Timelines may vary based on project complexity.4. Responsibility
4.1 BPDoxS is responsible for ensuring accurate preparation and secure transmission of all deliverables.4.2 Once delivered to the client’s designated email or secure system, BPDoxS is not responsible for email issues, client-side access problems, or data loss on the client’s devices.
5. Digital Security
All digital deliverables are sent via secure channels to maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing the files.6. No Physical Shipping
