BPDoxS (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides professional cybersecurity, IT services, and website development solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services or request refunds.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all services offered by BPDoxS, including but not limited to:
Server Administration & Security
SOC as a Service
Network Administration & Security
Linux & Kernel Services
Cloud Security Solutions
Cyber Security Consultancy
Vulnerability Assessment
Disaster Recovery
Website Development & Security

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payments for services are made 50% in advance and 50% upon completion.
2.2 We accept payments via online payment gateways or cheque.
2.3 An invoice will be provided for all services rendered.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds: Payments made to BPDoxS are non-refundable, except in the following limited circumstance:
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the service entirely, clients may request a refund for amounts already paid.

3.2 All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed only after verification by BPDoxS management.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Before Service Start: Clients may cancel a service request before the project or service has commenced.
4.2 After Service Start: No cancellation is allowed once work has begun.
4.3 No Refunds on Cancellation: Even in cases of cancellation, any advance payment is non-refundable, except if the service has not started at all and the cancellation is before commencement.

5. Invoices & Digital Deliverables

5.1 All invoices and reports delivered to clients are considered final.
5.2 Delivery of any files, reports, or documentation does not qualify for a refund.

6. Strict Policy

BPDoxS maintains a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy once services have commenced. Clients are encouraged to review project scope, deliverables, and timelines carefully before making payments.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patiala, Punjab.
